| You can enrol on any of our courses
in the following ways: |
By Post: |
| We
would suggest you confirm course availability and cost by
phone before enrolling by post. Please send a cheque (payable
to 'Comberton Village College') with the title of the
required course(s) and your phone/e-mail address to Adult
Education, Comberton Village College, West Street, Comberton,
Cambridge CB23 7DU. An e-mail contact address or a stamped
addressed envelope is required if you need a receipt. Please
do not send cash by post. |
In Person: |
| The
Adult Education team are based at Comberton Village College
(location map)
in our brand new office just off the reception area of the
new building. Please ask at the main reception desk if you
want to make a booking/payment or talk to a member of the
Adult Education team (Mondays to Thursdays inclusive between
9.00am and 4.00pm or on Monday and Wednesday evenings between
7.00pm and 9.30pm). Payment can be by cash, cheque or Visa/Mastercard
credit/debit card (there is an additional £1.00 fee
for payment by credit/debit cards). The adult education office
is closed during August and other school holidays. |

| Payments
are often not processed until classes are viable but please
assume the class is running once payment has been sent unless
you hear to the contrary. |
| Unless
you are notified by us, assume your enrolment has been accepted
and you should attend your chosen course on the first day/evening.

| Refunds |
| Refunds
are only available if the college closes a class or you withdraw
at least two weeks before the start date. In the latter case
there is an administrative charge of £5.00. If a class
is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, such
as snow or tutor illness, an extra class or classes will be
added to the programme and no refund will be available. |
| Concessionary
Fees and Payment by Instalments |
| Concessionary
discounts of 25% are available if you are in receipt of a
means-tested benefit, evidence of which must be presented
on enrolment. It is also possible to pay by instalments -
please ask for details. |

| Fitness
for Health Programme |
| If
you are recovering from an illness, stroke, operation or condition
that might respond to regular exercise, you can join our day
time Fitness for Health Programme held in the cb3 Fitness
Suite. We will also run a chair based class from September
2011. Please contact us to make an appointment. |
